The question of peace or "reconciliation" concerns our inner world and our relationship to ourselves. It is relevant for every person at the level of interpersonal relationships - partner, family, friendship or work. There is, of course, the level of peace and relations between nations, races or religions. But it also concerns our human relationship with nature, with animals, with the Earth....
At this crucial time, the Alopé Association convened a Meeting for Peace. Traditional wisdom holders from different countries will come together in a circle to seek an answer to the question of what is needed for peace to return to the Earth. A shaman from Siberia, Mayan priests from Mexico, as well as spiritual teachers and shamans from Turkey, Germany or France will participate.
We offered the Alopé Association the opportunity to share the suggestions and insights from the meeting at the Faculty of Arts of Charles University, which they gladly accepted. The young generation and students are the agents of change. We know this very well in our history. And so it makes a lot of sense to bring the seeds, the messages and the insights from the International Meeting for Peace to this very space - a space where the young generation meets, to whom we will pass on this world and they will create it and lead it forward into a space that has been affected by violence in the past year and so reminded us all of the need for peace, reconciliation and ideas of how to create peace not only in the world but also in ourselves. Because peace concerns us all and we can all contribute to it in our own way.
Proceeds from this lecture go to fund the Meeting for Peace. If you are unable to attend but would like to support the meeting, you may do so by making a donation to the Alopé Association (more at www.alope.org).
Thank you for your attendance at the lecture or your financial support of Meetings for Peace!
We are pleased that this time it is possible to watch the whole event from the comfort of your home thanks to our new cooperation with the Activation of Potential project. You can purchase access to the stream on their website.
